With over 26 years of experience in insurance law, Mr. Discepolo now focuses exclusively on advising clients on customized insurance solutions, including Captive Insurance, Private Placement Life Insurance formation, regulatory approval, and ongoing compliance.

Before specializing in insurance, Mr. Discepolo was a leading trial lawyer and founder of a prominent litigation firm in Baltimore, Maryland. His career began in criminal and personal injury law and expanded nationally into product liability, mass torts, and carbon monoxide litigation. He leverages his extensive trial expertise in the U.S. Tax Court, where he is an admitted practitioner, to handle complex legal matters when litigation is necessary.
